Had an incredible time celebrating a special birthday! Our client asked for a 4-course Thai inspired meal and we were there to deliver.
1st course: pandan chicken, beef satay w/peanut sauce and green papaya salad
2nd course: Thai filet mignon and noodle salad
3rd course: green curry chicken with rice
4th course: mango pudding

Dinner service for 10 guests went off without a hitch! What a very special way to celebrate @drowengoldenphd turning 15. He wanted a meal he wouldn't forget - I think we delivered!
